About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting & Fundraising Intern-Founder’s Associate to work closely with the Founder and gain hands-on exposure to finance, accounting, fundraising, business operations, research, and strategic initiatives. This is an intern-level Founder’s Associate role, where the candidate will support the Founder with day-to-day financial and business activities while gradually taking ownership of assigned projects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance:
- Assist with maintaining basic accounting records and financial data.
- Track expenses, invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports, summaries, and MIS.
- Maintain and organize financial documents and records.
- Support reconciliation of basic accounts and transaction records.
- Coordinate with accountants, finance teams, or external vendors when required.
- Help the Founder track budgets, expenses, and cash-flow-related information.

Fundraising Support:
- Research potential investors, funds,



grants, accelerators, and funding opportunities.
- Build and maintain investor and fundraising databases.
- Assist in preparing investor lists, research reports, and fundraising trackers.
- Support the preparation of pitch decks, financial information, investor documents, and presentations.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support fundraising conversations.
- Help identify and track potential investor outreach opportunities.
- Maintain follow-up records and update the Founder on fundraising progress.

Founder’s Associate Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Founder on business and strategic projects.
- Conduct research and prepare concise reports and presentations.
- Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and business development initiatives.
