1. Vendor Management & Price Settlement
- Development and commercial strong compentecy of Forging & Gear components
- Technically sound in Forging & Gear manufacturing processes - New projects Tooling/Capex estimation
- Capacity evaluation of suppliers - Floating RFQ, technical synthesis closures, DVP closures with suppliers/R&D;
- Should have good knowledge & hold of vendor database
2. Quality Improvement
- Capable enough to coordinate with the supplier and QA team for quality improvement
- Monitor Supplier performance to access ability to meet quality and delivery requirements
- Co-ordination with NPD quality team for sample//APQP/PPAP closures
- Quality & Process Assessment for new Suppliers "
