We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and business-oriented professional to lead the national sales and distribution expansion of our Sports Nutrition portfolio across India. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry knowledge, an established network of distributors and dealers, and the ability to build sustainable sales channels that drive revenue growth from the outset.

The role requires a highly motivated individual who can contribute not only to sales growth but also to new product development initiatives aligned with market opportunities and consumer demand.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Distribution Development
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy for the Sports Nutrition portfolio.
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners across India.
- Expand the company's distribution network in major metro and Tier-1 cities.
- Drive revenue growth through effective channel management and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, gyms, fitness chains, and nutrition stores.





Business Development
- Explore and establish alternative sales channels including:
- Up-to-date Trade
- E-commerce
- Marketplaces
- Gym chains
- Fitness centers
- Institutional sales
- Corporate wellness programs
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Product Development & Market Intelligence
- Work closely with management to identify market gaps and new product opportunities.
- Contribute to new product development initiatives to ensure commercial viability and revenue generation from launch.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and consumer preferences.

Territory Expansion
- Travel extensively across metro and major cities in India to:
- Appoint distributors
- Conduct business reviews
- Develop new markets
- Increase sales and brand visibility

Reporting & Performance Management
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts and business plans.
