About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Planning professional to manage and optimize production planning, scheduling, material availability, and production coordination across the manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate should have 6–7 years of experience in Production Planning / PPC, preferably in the furniture manufacturing or related manufacturing industry, along with solid hands-on experience in Odoo ERP.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Scheduling
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on project requirements, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare production schedules and ensure timely execution as per customer/project timelines.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Design,



and Project teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor production progress against planned quantities and timelines.
- Identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and production delays and take corrective actions.
- Optimize manpower, machine capacity, and production resources.

Odoo ERP – Production Planning
- Manage and monitor production planning activities through Odoo ERP.
- Create and manage Manufacturing Orders (MOs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), work orders, and production schedules.
- Ensure accurate production data and timely ERP updates.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with Purchase/Stores for material availability.
- Track production status and provide accurate reports through Odoo.
- Support ERP process improvements and ensure proper utilization of Odoo modules related to manufacturing and inventory.
