- Collecting payroll inputs, calculating, and syncing/updating data in the system.
- Payroll Specialist will be responsible for Processing End to End Payroll for 10000-12000 employees - Full & Final Settlement, Perform Maker Checker, Taxation Validation, TDS Return Preparation and submission, Compliances Validation e.g. PF ,ESIC
- Ensuring timelines are met for salary processing/disbursement and statutory compliances.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Advance Excel)
- Record keeping for TDS Challans | Acknowledgements | Proofs (if any) Proficient with payroll Applications MS / Any Other Payroll Application) / Technical Mindset
