Position Title: Food & Beverage Senior Captain

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Food & Beverage Senior Captain to lead daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for hospitality service standards.

Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the restaurant service team.
- Ensure smooth floor operations during service hours.
- Welcome and assist guests professionally while maintaining high service standards.
- Train, guide, and motivate captains, stewards, and service staff.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, grooming, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service operations.
- Take food and beverage orders when required and ensure timely service delivery.




- Assist in achieving sales targets and upselling menu items.
- Maintain SOPs, service quality, and operational discipline.
- Prepare shift reports and support management in operational planning.
- Ensure proper billing procedures and cash handling compliance.

Requirements :
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B; service operations.
- Previous experience as Captain or Senior Captain in a restaurant, lounge, hotel, or fine dining setup.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and guest handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure.
- Skilled grooming and positive attitude.

Preferred Skills :
- Fine dining or premium lounge experience preferred.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
- Strong upselling and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to train and mentor junior staff.
