Locations: Ballia, Varanasi, Ambedkar Nagar, Deoria, Azamgarh, Mau, Barhalganj, Nigoha, Junabganj, Aliganj, Fazullaganj, Nanpara, Harpalpur, Moradabad,Amroha,Shahjahanpur, Tilhar, Faridpur, Aonla, Jalalabad, PRoad, Panki, Sachendi, Shuklaganj, Ghatampur, Kannauj, Bindki, Atarra, Dibiyapur (Retail Store - Based)

Duration: 12-Month Full time Apprenticeship

In-Hand Salary: 16,000/month ( 11,500 + 4,500 Govt. Benefit) + 200 Daily TA/DA + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit local markets and generate leads
- Build relationships with retailers and distributors
- Conduct product promotions and sampling activities
- Drive sales and support product launches
- Track sales performance and market trends

Requirements
- Graduates (2021 2025 pass - outs)
- Freshers can apply
- Up to 11 months of sales/field experience accepted
- Must reside within 10 km of the assigned store location
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory
- Male candidates preferred

Benefits

Fixed salary: 11,500 from Nykaa + 4500 from Govt (16000 inhand)
Daily TA/DA: 200
