About the Role

Skillstride Academy is looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team.

The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing and a good understanding of social media, content marketing, SEO, campaign execution, and basic marketing analytics.

You will be involved in planning and executing digital marketing activities that help increase Skillstride Academy’s online visibility, generate leads, and promote our courses and workshops.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote courses, workshops, events, and Academy initiatives.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are executed within timelines.
- Research current digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviour.




- Suggest current ideas to improve online reach, engagement, and lead generation.

2. Social Media Marketing
- Manage and support day-to-day social media activities across relevant platforms.
- Assist in creating and maintaining social media content calendars.
- Develop ideas for posts, reels, stories, promotional content, and educational content.
- Track social media performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and audience preferences.

3. Content & Creative Ideation
- Generate creative content ideas based on courses, workshops, campaigns, and current trends.
- Assist with content planning, scripting, captions, and promotional messaging.
- Work closely with designers, video editors, and other team members to get creatives ready.
- Ensure marketing content is aligned with the Academy's brand and campaign objectives.

4. SEO
