Sales Manager – Corporate Gifting CompanyJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth in the corporate gifting sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating new corporate clients, managing existing accounts, achieving sales targets, and developing long-term relationships with companies, HR teams, procurement departments, and corporate decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and generate current business opportunities through cold calling, references, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
- Handle corporate gifting requirements for festivals, employee rewards, onboarding kits, events, conferences, and promotional campaigns.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable gifting solutions within their budget.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for clients.




- Coordinate with the production, procurement, design, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions with clients.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, samples, and pending orders to convert opportunities into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM or company database.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
- Achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify opportunities for repeat orders and upselling/cross-selling.
- Attend client meetings, corporate events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities when required.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new corporate gifting opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
