Lead Business Analyst – Conversation Banking / Transformation

We are looking for an experienced
Lead Business Analyst
to join our Banking Transformation programme, supporting initiatives around
Conversation Banking and customer interaction channels
. We're looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in transformation programmes, stakeholder management, and leading BA teams in a large global organisation, preferably in the Banking/Financial Services domain.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Business Analysis activities across large-scale transformation programmes.
- Lead, guide and mentor a team of Business Analysts across project/programme workstreams.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, product teams and senior leadership to understand and translate business requirements.
- Drive requirement elicitation, analysis, documentation and validation.
- Define business processes, customer journeys, use cases and functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify business needs and transformation opportunities.




- Work across complex programmes involving multiple teams, systems and stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of customer-centric and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technology solutions.
- Review and provide guidance on BA deliverables, requirements and solution approaches.

Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 4–5+ years of experience working as a Lead Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in
Business Transformation / Transformation BA
roles.
- Proven experience
leading or guiding a team of Business Analysts
within a programme/project workplace.
- Experience working within a
large global organisation
, preferably within Banking / Financial Services.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with complex business processes, customer journeys and technology teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
