Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain data validation rules to ensure accuracy and integrity of insurance claims data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues through OCR (Optical Character Recognition) processes.
- Develop and implement IDP (Insurance Data Processing) solutions to streamline claim processing workflows.
- Conduct regular Quality Assurance testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Job Requirements :
- 8-10 years of experience in Data Validation Engineering or related field.
- Robust understanding of Data Analysis, Data Mapping, and Insurance domain knowledge.
- Proficiency in developing complex data validation rules using various tools such as OCR software.
