We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and ambitious Field Sales Executives to join our Agency Channel. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing a team of Insurance Advisors/Agents, guiding them to drive sales and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Advisor/Agent Recruitment: Identify, source, and recruit high-potential insurance advisors/agent partners to expand the channel network.
- Relationship & Team Management: Onboard, train, and continuously motivate advisors to help them understand insurance products and sales processes.
- Business Development & Targets: Work closely with advisors to generate leads, close sales, and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Field Work & Client Meetings: Accompany advisors on client visits to assist in pitch closing and build strong customer trust.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor advisor activity levels, track sales pipelines,



and maintain regular reporting on channel productivity.

Key Requirements & Eligibility

- Education: Graduation in any stream / Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 0 to 1 Year (Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are highly welcome; prior experience in field sales, BFSI, or retail sales is an added advantage).
- Skills:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to earn incentives.
- Basic knowledge of financial products/insurance is a plus

- Other Requirements: Must be open to daily field movement and local travel. Having a personal two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
