We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) with 3–8 years of experience in Chit Funds, NBFC, Financial Services, or Gold and Presious Metal Trading. The candidate will be responsible for managing branch sales, leading field executives, generating business, and achieving monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth and achieve monthly sales targets.Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives.

Generate new customers through field marketing, referrals, and corporate tie-ups.

Develop strategies to increase Gold Buying, Gold Loan Release, Savings Scheme, and Jewellery Scheme business, Auction Trading. Monitor daily lead generation and conversions.

Build strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Conduct field visits and support the sales team in closing deals.

Ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.

Candidate Requirements

3–8 years of experience in Chit Funds (Mandatory).





Experience in team handling and sales management.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Good knowledge of field sales and customer acquisition.

Ability to achieve aggressive sales targets.

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

MBA preferred.
