About the Role

ROYALSIS VENTURES is hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly alongside the Founder out of our corporate office at Bansal One in Bhopal.

We operate across land development, real estate assets, and strategic venture creation. We are building our operational machinery from scratch and need a disciplined, high velocity operator with 2 to 5 years of experience in Real Estate Development, Strategy or Management Consulting, or Real Estate Legal Compliance.

This is a high ownership role bridging strategy, financial modeling, vendor negotiation, legal due diligence, and ground execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic and Commercial Execution: Work directly with leadership on project planning, site acquisition metrics, cash flow modeling, and vendor negotiations.
- Operations and Field Leadership: Move seamlessly between spreadsheet modeling at Bansal One and ground execution across project sites. Coordinate with municipal authorities, architects, legal teams, and ground contractors.
- Legal and Land Due Diligence: Review revenue records, verify land metrics, evaluate MP Land Revenue Code compliance, and oversee TNCP approvals, Khasra or Khatoni verifications, and property title documentation.




- Data and AI Workflow Integration: Use modern AI platforms, advanced spreadsheets, and automation tools to handle documentation, contract drafting, project tracking, and workflow efficiency.
- Project Pipeline Tracking: Maintain central visibility across land development phases, civil works, inventory allocation, and customer sales pipelines.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of active experience in Real Estate Development, Management Consulting, Strategy Advisory, Corporate Growth, or Real Estate Property Law.
- Education: Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.), Commerce (B.Com), Law (LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. / LL.M.), or Business (MBA / PGDM).
- Legal Background Advantage: Candidates with knowledge in Real Estate and Land Laws will receive high priority consideration. Direct familiarity with land mutation, TNCP approvals, and title due diligence is a robust plus.
- Mindset: Startup mentality, high discipline, absolute punctuality, and commitment to long term building.
- Mobility: Hybrid schedule flexibility with willingness to travel locally and regionally for site execution, land audits, and partner meetings.
- Tech Capability: High proficiency in spreadsheets, data analysis, and modern AI productivity tools.

- Base Salary: 3,00,000 to 4,25,000 P.A. fixed base salary paid monthly.
