Responsible for Environmental monitoring in microbiology and production facility.

Responsible for media availability, form availability etc. during Environmental Monitoring.

Responsible for Environmental Monitoring Plate observation as a doer/checker.

Responsible for Trends and Summary Report preparation of Environmental Monitoring.

Responsible for Sterile Material Sampling.

Responsible for Microbiological Monitoring of Utilities.

Responsible for Disposal of microbiological media.

Responsible for Media Stock Maintenance.

EDMS form reconciliation and document submission to QA and responsible for overall management of documents.

To perform the activity as per work allotment & should upkeep of Laboratory working area.

Sampling during media fill in sterile manufacturing facility including plate exposure, air sampling, swab sampling, compressed air, Nitrogen gas and primary packaging component.

Media Fill sample incubation and Inspection.

Daily cleaning of lab,



monitoring of Microbiology lab and maintenance of record of the same.

Should be aware of potential problems that could occur during the sampling, transfer, incubation and release of Microbiological Environmental monitoring plates and should watch for steps that could create inaccurate results.

To follow safety procedure in the laboratory and production blocks.

To ensure all operation in micro lab and production blocks carried out as per the written procedure.

To perform the calibration of instruments and report the result of calibration in respective template.

To ensure timely Qualification, Maintenance, Calibration of Instrument / Equipments related to Microbiology laboratory.

To complete all the assigned training on time as per job role requirement.
