Store Manager Job Description

Location: Delhi NCR
Department: Retail Operations
Role: Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets.
- Drive store revenue, conversion, average transaction value, and other KPIs.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards.
- Monitor team performance and take corrective actions when required.
- Manage inventory, stock accuracy, visual merchandising, and store hygiene.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
- Handle customer queries and resolve escalations effectively.
- Prepare and share regular performance and business reports.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of store employees.

Requirements





- 3–4+ years of experience in retail sales/store operations.
- Candidates with experience as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager preferred.
- Experience in Retail, Apparel, QSR, Consumer Electronics, or similar industries preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs and SOPs.
- Graduation preferred.
