Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the luxury Beauty Brand showroom, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve targets, provide guidance on product knowledge, and resolve customer complaints.
- Develop strategies to increase sales revenue through effective merchandising, promotions, and inventory management.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, display setup, and store appearance to create an inviting shopping environment.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in retail sales or related field (luxury goods preferred).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a rapid-paced retail environment.
- Strong understanding of apparel industry trends and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team handling and customer interaction.
