Role & responsibilities

- Execution of Online documentation of quality system documents, BMR and BPR.
- Responsible to carry out Manufacturing and packing activities according to relevant requirements to the countries where products to be dispatched/ supplied.
- Maintaining Production department as per cGMP requirements
- Execution of Qualification, calibration and maintenance of instruments/ equipments/ machine.
- Preparation of production SOPs, templates, records and Qualification documents
- Preparation of Production system documents in department in line with the Fertin systems.
- Responsible for qualification and calibration of equipments, instrument and facility system for manufacturing in line with Fertin production systems.
- Active involvement in manufacturing of validation batches as per Fertin requirement.
- Active involvement in Process validation, cleaning validation and qualification of equipments/ instruments.
- Verification and involvement in dispensing of raw material and packing material.
- Returning of Excess material to warehouse.
- Online rejection of material if any defects.
- Providing training to the subordinates
- Updating the status label after every batch, product change over, process stage changes etc.
- After cleaning of intermediate product container/trays label the container/tray appropriately
- Maintaining department in compliance with safety, statutory and regulatory.
- Execute and review batch documents as per positive documentation practices.




- Provide compliance to the reviewed batch records.
- Carry out weight verification of weighing balance on daily basis.
- Carryout calibration of balance on monthly basis
- Active involvement in all the activities given by the subordinates/superior.
- Responsible for operation of production machinery for the manufacturing of medicated chewing gum
- Responsible to fill job request in case of machine breakdown or if any maintenance required.
- Handling of change control and investigation for production department.
- Supporting the department head for gradation of department standard wrt regulatory and GMP requirement
- Sampling of intermediate and finished product samples which need to be sent to QC for analysis.
- Carry out all the activities as mention on the BMR/BPR as per Fertin requirements/instruction on online basis.
- Responsible for intimation of any non-conformance and all observation to QA
- Preparation and review of BMR and BPR.
- Responsible to ensure cleaning and maintenance of equipments and production area as per plan.
- Responsible for Execution from Batch Line up to Mixing, Rolling and Scoring Machine Coating and inspection machine, blister packing machine ELMACH EPI-3010 PDA and Sigma Mixer K II N300, solution vessel along With Overprinting Machine.
- Handle SAP system operations and carry out transactions in accordance with the roles and authorizations assigned
