We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity with PepsiCo India for the position of Manufacturing Process Improvement Associate Leader (L05 / l06) based at our Kosi Plant, Uttar Pradesh.

Role Overview

The role will be responsible for driving the Manufacturing Excellence agenda under the TPM framework and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver productivity, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive TPM implementation and culture across the plant
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Deliver productivity and cost optimization projects
- Drive 5S implementation and shopfloor excellence
- Facilitate Six Sigma Green Belt projects
- Lead loss analysis and elimination initiatives
- Improve operational efficiency, reliability, and plant performance
- Coordinate cross-functional productivity programs
- Mentor improvement teams and pillar leaders

Preferred Profile





- Engineering Graduate (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Industrial)
- 8+ years of manufacturing experience
- 5+ years of TPM experience
- Strong exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and Productivity Improvement
- Experience working in a process-driven manufacturing environment
- Strong stakeholder management and shopfloor leadership skills
