CTC: 17,000 20,000 per month { Hike based on last drawn CTC }

Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Follow BPO processes, SOPs, and quality guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.

- BPO/customer service experience will be an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
