We are hiring Customer Service Executives (Blended Process Voice + Chat/Email) for a Permanent Work From Home prospect.
Salary & Benefits :
- CTC: 14,000 16,000 or 18,000 20,000 (depending on the hiring category/process)
- Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to 2,000
- Salary is strictly non-negotiable.
Job Details :
- Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Shift: 247 Rotational Shifts
- Login Hours: 9 hours (including 1-hour lunch break)
- Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handle customer queries through voice, chat, and email channels.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and qualified customer support.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
- Maintain quality, productivity,
and customer satisfaction targets.
- Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Undergraduates, Graduates, Freshers, and Experienced candidates are all welcome to apply.
- English + Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
- Mandatory Work From Home Requirements :
Candidates must have:
- Laptop with Intel Core i3 or i5 processor
- Stable Wi-Fi/Broadband Internet Connection
- Power Backup (UPS/Inverter) to ensure uninterrupted work
- Headset with Microphone for customer interactions
