Role & responsibilities:

- Manage procurement for interior fit-out, renovation, and refurbishment projects across Stanza Living properties.
- Source and procure civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, false ceiling, painting, furniture, fixtures, hardware, and other interior materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard local and regional vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and commercial agreements to achieve cost savings.
- Raise and manage Purchase Orders and Work Orders as per approved requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials at property locations.
- Ensure procurement is aligned with BOQs, approved specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.




- Support multiple properties simultaneously and manage urgent procurement requirements.
- Maintain procurement MIS, quotation comparisons, POs, vendor records, and project-wise procurement reports.

What We're Looking For:

- 3-8 years of experience in procurement, mandatory experience in interior fit-out, construction, real estate, hospitality, co-living, or property management.
- Solid knowledge of interior and construction materials and local vendor markets.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties/projects and tight timelines.
