- Manage daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely delivery of packages to customers.
- Coordinate with warehouse team for receiving, storing, and shipping outbound products.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and customer orders using Excel spreadsheets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in logistics operations or related field.
- Solid knowledge of data entry operation and MIS systems.
- Proficiency in handling inbound logistics (receiving) and outbound logistics (dispatch).
- Excellent reception skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
