Job Summary
Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Center is looking for a responsible and organized Admin to manage day-to-day administrative activities at the center and ensure smooth coordination between staff, patients, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily administrative and operational activities of the center.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, front-office staff, and other departments.
- Monitor attendance, staff schedules, housekeeping, maintenance, and general facility requirements.
- Ensure the center is well-maintained and operationally organized.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
- Maintain basic administrative records and reports.
- Support patient-service operations and resolve routine administrative concerns.




- Follow organizational policies and healthcare-center procedures.
- Coordinate with the management team regarding operational requirements.
- Monitor and arrange office and facility supplies.
- Handle administrative issues promptly and escalate important matters to management.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to coordinate with different teams.
- Skilled and responsible approach to work.
- Previous experience in a hospital/healthcare/IVF field will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile

- Male candidate preferred.
- Candidates with relevant hospital/healthcare administration experience are preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to work at the assigned Bangalore location.
