- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for US Staffing, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to fill them.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry insights to inform recruitment decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 7-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Manager role or similar position.
- Proven track record in US Staffing or related field.
- Solid understanding of US employment laws and regulations (e.g., EAD).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
