We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Collection Officer to join our team at Dangi Digital Media. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the collection process to ensure timely payments from clients.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate settlements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to increase revenue.




- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management, providing insights for business decisions.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in collections or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of collections principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Solid analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with financial software and systems, including CRM tools and accounting software.
