Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Real Estate Sales Agent with basic experience in property sales and good knowledge of the East Pune real estate market. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interaction, property presentations, and closing deals.

Candidates who are familiar with Kharadi, Keshav Nagar, and nearby East Pune locations will be preferred.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, real estate, and earning high incentives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage property leads through calls, references, and site visits.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property site visits and project presentations.
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and developers.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
- Keep updated with current property inventory and market trends in East Pune.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure.
- Maintain a daily sales activity and client database.





Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3-5 months experience in real estate sales.
- Good knowledge of East Pune real estate market, especially Kharadi and Keshav Nagar.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident personality with sales-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle site visits and client meetings.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of property documentation and sales process is a plus.
