Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure efficient execution
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent scope creep or delays
- Communicate project status, updates, and reports to stakeholders, clients, and upper management
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth collaboration and project alignment
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and progress reports

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role,



preferably in Technology Industry
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency with project management software and tools (JIRA, DevOps, dashboards)
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to make decisions under pressure

Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams
