Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Business Development Associate to support business growth, client coordination, process improvement, and cross-functional operations.

The role requires strong business understanding, analytical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project execution skills. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and management to identify opportunities, resolve business challenges, improve processes, and support overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities, operational gaps, and areas for process improvement.
- Coordinate with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth business execution.
- Analyze business performance, operational data, costs, and key metrics to support management decisions.
- Monitor projects and ensure timely execution, follow-ups, and closure.
- Identify operational and business risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations,



Technology, and other teams on business requirements.
- Handle client issues, escalations, and business-related concerns effectively.
- Support process development, SOP implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct market/business analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain proper business documentation, records, and process controls.
- Support compliance, internal controls, and risk-mitigation activities where required.

Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Business Operations, Project Management, Consulting, Risk, or Process Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in MIS, Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Robust understanding of business processes and operational controls.
