Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Software Faculty to join our training team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation, good programming knowledge, and practical expertise in Advanced Excel and Power BI. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training and helping students build job-ready technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging theoretical and practical training sessions in software and programming.
- Teach programming concepts and demonstrate practical applications through hands-on exercises.
- Train students in Advanced Excel, including formulas, functions, data analysis, dashboards, and automation.
- Provide practical training in Power BI, including data visualization, reporting, dashboards, and basic data modeling.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, projects, and practical exercises.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide students in completing practical projects and developing industry-relevant skills.




- Keep training content updated with current software and technology trends.
- Create a positive and interactive learning setting for students.

Requirements
- Degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages.
- Good practical knowledge of Advanced Excel.
- Strong understanding of Power BI and data visualization.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Passion for teaching and helping students develop practical skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in software training, teaching, or the IT industry.
- Knowledge of multiple programming languages.
- Experience creating Excel-based reports, dashboards, and data analysis solutions.
- Practical experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
