Job Description :-
- Strong analytical skills to interpret e-commerce metrics, sales reports, marketplace performance, and customer behavior data.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
in e-commerce, online retail, FMCG, consumer brands, or marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience in
managing and optimizing platform/marketplace ads
, including campaign setup, monitoring budgets, analyzing ROAS/ROI, and improving ad performance.
- Account management experience to manage marketplace platforms, vendor relationships, and online partner coordination.
- Strong sales and sales management skills to drive revenue, manage promotions, optimize product visibility, and support the overall sales strategy.
- Team management capabilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts across departments.
- Prior experience with e-commerce marketplaces such as
Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or similar platforms
is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with e-commerce tools, marketplace dashboards,
Excel/Google Sheets
, and basic CRM or ERP systems.




- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
