Role Description
The Executive Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for leading and guiding a sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand market reach, and strengthen IndiaMART’s presence among local businesses.



Day-to-day activities include developing and executing sales strategies, meeting prospective and existing clients, conducting product presentations and negotiations, and closing B2B deals. The Executive Sales Manager will monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure timely follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships and high customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing sales training and coaching, and identifying new opportunities for business growth in the region.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in B2B sales, account management, and client relationship building.
- Experience in sales strategy development, territory planning, and revenue forecasting.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
