We are looking for a smart, responsible and customer-friendly Store Executive to join our team at our store in AIPL Joy Street Mall, Sector 66, Gurgaon.
The role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across retail operations, customer service, POS billing, inventory management and e-commerce/website operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations
Attend to walk-in customers and assist them in selecting suitable products
Provide a friendly and skilled customer experience
Handle billing and POS operations
Manage stock and assist with inventory management
Receive,
organise and display merchandise
Maintain product displays and overall store organisation
Coordinate customer orders and enquiries
Perform basic computer and online operations
Add and update products, prices, descriptions and other information on the Funzoop website
Assist with online order processing and related activities
Support other day-to-day store activities as required
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who are:
Fresh graduates / freshers are welcome to apply
Good at communicating with and assisting customers
Comfortable using computers and the internet
Familiar with basic MS Office applications
Willing to learn POS, website and e-commerce operations
Responsible, organised and dependable
Comfortable handling both customer-facing and computer-based work
Willing to take ownership of day-to-day store responsibilities
Previous experience in retail, customer service, store opera
