About the Role

We are looking for a organized
HR Executive
to manage day-to-day human resources operations. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end HR processes including recruitment support, employee onboarding, attendance/payroll coordination, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment by posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating selection processes.
- Manage candidate offer documentation, background verification checks, and Day-1 onboarding logistics.
- Maintain complete and accurate employee master data, physical files, and digital records in the HRIS.
- Track daily attendance, leave balances, and overtime data to assist the finance team with monthly payroll processing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding company policies, leaves, and workplace benefits.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, workplace events, and team-building activities to foster positive culture.
- Support annual performance appraisal workflows,



gathering self-assessments, and tracking review completion.
- Ensure strict adherence to company HR policies, labor regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate offboarding procedures, including exit interviews, clearance collection, and full-and-final settlement tracking.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is a plus).
- 1–3 years of proven experience in an HR operational or administrative role.
- Hands-on proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Working knowledge of HRIS software, ATS platforms, and basic employment labor laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with robust interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
