ROLE SUMMARY

The Sr. Pre-Sales Executive owns the end-to-end pre-sales pipeline for Foxscan's diagnostic platform and training programs, converting waterproofing contractors, architects, painters and project contractors into subscribers and training participants. Working closely with the SME Trainer and the Experience Centre team, this role qualifies leads, runs platform demonstrations, builds proposals and drives conversion — while mentoring the Jr. Pre-Sales Executive(s) on outreach and demo delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the pre-sales pipeline for the Foxscan diagnostic platform — from lead qualification through demonstration to proposal and conversion.
- Identify and engage waterproofing contractors, architects, painters and project contractors as prospective platform subscribers and training participants.
- Conduct platform demonstrations and Experience Centre walkthroughs for prospective clients, coordinating with the SME Trainer for technical/product depth where needed.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals,



quotations and subscription plans tailored to each prospect's business.
- Convert qualified leads into recurring platform subscribers, tracking and reporting conversion metrics to the Sales Head.
- Build and maintain a CRM-based pipeline of prospects, follow-ups and renewal opportunities.
- Coordinate with the SME Trainer to convert suitable trainees, and their professional networks, into subscribers or referral sources.
- Represent Foxscan at industry events, site visits and contractor/architect meet-ups to generate current leads.
- Mentor and allocate leads/territories to the Jr. Pre-Sales Executive(s); review their outreach quality and follow-up discipline.
- Maintain healthy, long-term relationships with converted subscribers to support renewals, upsells and referrals.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
