Job Title: Manager - Human Resources

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the Human Resources functions at the manufacturing plant and coordinate with the Head Office, ensuring compliance, employee engagement, talent development, and strategic HR alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy & Planning
- Drive HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and HR forecasting.
- Collaborate with top management on HR policies, restructuring, and culture building.

2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant-level and critical roles.
- Liaise with consultants, job portals, and internal references.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and assimilation of new employees.

3. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all statutory labor laws (Factories Act, ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc.).
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievance redressal, and union coordination (if applicable).




- Conduct employee engagement programs and drive a positive work culture.

4. Performance Management
- Oversee the Performance Management System (PMS) and ensure timely goal setting and reviews.
- Train managers on appraisal systems and performance discussions.
- Identify top performers and align rewards accordingly.

5. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and develop plant-level training calendars.
- Conduct skill enhancement, behavioral, and compliance-related training programs.

6. Compensation & Advantages
- Oversee payroll processing in coordination with finance.
- Benchmark compensation practices and suggest improvements.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and overtime practices.

7. Health, Safety & Welfare
- Collaborate with safety officers to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Implement employee welfare schemes and initiatives.

8. HR Operations & Systems
- Maintain updated employee
