- Manage day-to-day accounting operations of the car workshop, including sales, service, parts, insurance, and workshop-related transactions.
- Handle accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliation, cash management, and vendor payments.
- Review and verify invoices, purchase bills, credit notes, debit notes, and expense claims.
- Monitor daily cash, credit-card, UPI, and bank transactions and ensure accurate accounting.
- Supervise and guide Cashier, including daily cash collection, cash reconciliation, deposits, and cashier-related activities.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of customer accounts, vendor accounts, and inter-branch transactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to revenue, collections, expenses, outstanding receivables, and payables.
- Coordinate with Service, Parts, Insurance, Sales,



and HR teams for accurate financial documentation and transaction closure.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, statutory requirements, and company accounting policies.
- Support month-end closing, audit requirements, financial reporting, and management review.
- Monitor outstanding customer payments and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely collections.
- Ensure proper controls over cash handling, billing, approvals, and financial documentation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
