PMO Support Risk Uplift & Remediation (TPRM Program)

The PMO Support resource will provide project coordination, governance, and reporting support to the Risk Uplift & Remediation workstream within the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. The role will help ensure effective planning, tracking, and delivery of workstream activities, while maintaining alignment with program governance standards and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support workstream planning, governance, and reporting activities.
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, and dependency registers.
- Coordinate the production of status reports, governance packs, and stakeholder communications.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and remediation activities, escalating issues where appropriate.
- Support governance meetings through agenda preparation, minute taking, and action tracking.




- Ensure workstream documentation and programme artefacts are maintained in line with programme standards.
- Assist with the coordination of stakeholders and follow-up of actions across the workstream.

Key Requirements:
- Experience in a PMO, project coordination, or program support role within a change or transformation environment.
- Solid organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience supporting governance, reporting, RAID management, and project planning activities.
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities. Experience within risk, remediation, regulatory change, or Third-Party Risk Management programmes is desirable.
- Familiarity with project portfolio management tools such as Clarity, JIRA, or MS Project is advantageous.
