We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who enjoys helping customers, solving problems and providing a positive support experience.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist customers through phone calls, chat and email with product, technical, order, replacement and delivery-related queries.

This is a customer-facing support role. Candidates should have experience supporting external customers/users rather than only providing internal IT or employee helpdesk support.

The role is suitable for candidates with 1–4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Product Support or Technical Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through phone calls, chat and email.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions.




- Assist customers with product-related questions, usage and basic troubleshooting.
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting when required.
- Handle queries related to orders, replacements, warranty, service and deliveries.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners regarding shipment and delivery-related issues.
- Follow up with customers until their concerns are resolved.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM/support system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team.
- Maintain a professional, polite and empathetic approach while handling customers.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Product Support or Technical Customer Support.
- Hands-on experience handling customers through calls, chat or email.
