• Supervise and support the offshore assurance team by providing guidance, training, performance feedback, and onboarding support to promote professional development and consistent work quality.
• Coordinate workflow, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure balanced utilization, timely completion of deliverables, and alignment with engagement priorities.
