Role Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage Finance & Accounts, Treasury Operations, Financial Reporting, MIS, Budgeting, and Regulatory Compliance. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to support business growth and financial governance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage books of accounts and ensure compliance with Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Handle treasury operations, cash flow planning, and banking relationships.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial projections, and variance analysis.




- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor financial controls, reconciliations, and process improvements.
- Analyze business performance and provide financial insights to management.

Qualification & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in NBFC, Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services preferred.
