About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads on a freelance basis. This role is ideal for a hands-on performance marketer who is comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end — from strategy and audience targeting to budget allocation, conversion optimization, and reporting — and who can work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch,



and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Define target audience segments, budget allocation, and bidding strategies
- A/B test ad creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and CTAs to improve performance

2. Data Analysis & Optimization
- Track and report on key KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate
- Analyze funnel drop-offs and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and Meta Ads Manager to guide decision-making

3. Budget Management
- Allocate and reallocate ad spend across channels based on real-time conversion performance
- Ensure campaigns consistently meet CPA/ROAS targets aligned with business goals

4. Audience Targeting & Retargeting
- Build custom and lookalike audiences across platforms
- Design and execute retargeting/remarketing campaigns for non-converting users
