We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and proactive Social Media Executive who can take ownership of our social media presence and build a strong, engaged organic audience.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, storytelling, influencer marketing, and audience engagement. You will be responsible for developing monthly content calendars, creating innovative content ideas and scripts, engaging with our community, and working closely with influencers and the creative team to drive brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Planning

* Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars* across Instagram and other relevant platforms.

* Plan content around product launches, campaigns, festivals, trends, offers, and brand initiatives.

* Identify trending topics, formats, sounds, reels, memes, and social media trends relevant to the beauty industry.

* Develop creative ideas to increase *organic reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness*.





* Maintain consistency in the brand's tone, messaging, visual identity, and overall social media presence.

2. Organic Social Media Management

* Manage day-to-day social media activities and ensure regular posting as per the content calendar.

* Actively engage with the *organic audience* through comments, DMs, stories, polls, Q&As;, and other interactive formats.

* Monitor audience responses, feedback, mentions, and conversations around the brand.

* Develop creative ways to build a strong and loyal social media community.

* Track engagement and identify what type of content performs best.

3. Content Ideation & Script Writing

* Develop creative and engaging concepts for Reels, Stories, posts, and short-form videos.

* Write compelling scripts for product videos, educational content, trend-based Reels, brand campaigns, and promotional content.

* Create innovative hooks, CTAs, storytelling form
