Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day factory floor operations and coordinate production activities.
- Plan and schedule production as per project/order requirements and delivery timelines.
- Supervise manpower, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity.
- Coordinate with carpentry, assembly, finishing, stores and other production teams.
- Conduct quality checks at different stages of furniture production and ensure adherence to required standards.
- Identify production issues, delays and quality concerns and take corrective action.
- Maintain production reports, records and daily MIS.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for material, manpower and production requirements.
- Ensure production targets, timelines and quality standards are achieved.
- Maintain a safe, organised and disciplined factory-floor setting.

Required Skills & Experience:
- B.E./B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering preferred.




- Experience in factory-floor coordination and quality control, preferably in wooden/modular furniture manufacturing.
- Strong production planning, scheduling and task-management skills.
- Good people/manpower management skills.
- Quality-conscious with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Valuable arithmetic and basic algebra skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple activities simultaneously.

Location Preference:
Candidates should preferably be residing in or around Bhiwandi, Kalyan, Thane, Kalyan Bypass or nearby areas, with a convenient commute to the factory.
