Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients

2. Client Advisory & Consultation
- Provide professional guidance on residential projects and investment opportunities
- Explain project specifications, pricing, payment plans, and investment advantages
- Build trust and maintain a consultative sales approach

3. Site Visits & Property Presentations
- Schedule and conduct project
