KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Performance
- Own the sell-through %, revenue and KPI targets for every SIS counter across Mumbai and Gujarat.
- Read daily and weekly sales data, spot the pattern behind the number, and act on it — not just report it.

– Flag slow-moving stock, replenishment gaps and counters falling behind target before they become a problem.

– Translate store-level insights into clear action plans and share them with the Bangalore leadership team.

Hire, Train & Retain
- Recruit sales staff for store management
- Build a structured onboarding and on-the-job training plan so every recent hire is productive within their first 30 days.
- Coach and train on selling skills, store operations and people management on a regular cycle.
- Own retention for the cluster — build a team culture people want to stay in, and manage performance issues early and fairly.

Store Operations & Visual Merchandising




- Conduct regular store visits daily and audits across Mumbai and Gujarat covering cleanliness, stock availability and store discipline.
- Ensure every counter meets company Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines — product placement, display standards and brand presentation.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and SOPs across all counters in the cluster.

Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Build strong working relationships with department store teams (Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop, Naidu Hall, Kapsons, Baby Shop) at the city and store level.
- Resolve customer service issues at the store level, and coordinate with HR and other departments on people matters.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, statutory requirements and company standards across both states.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
