Responsibilities
Job Description

Power BI Development
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI using DAX and Power Query
- Build effective data models and maintain version control with proper documentation
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing reports/dashboards, ensuring timely data refresh

SQL & Data Handling
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation
- Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with IT/data engineering teams on data availability and access

Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery
- Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions with the Analytics Lead and functional teams
- Deliver assigned tasks on schedule within project timelines
- Maintain standardized documentation, visual design guidelines, and reusable templates

Qualifications
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development




- Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, CTEs, performance tuning)
- Familiarity with DAX, Power Query, and data modelling principles
- Strong understanding of data visualization concepts
- Good understanding of relational databases, data cleaning, and transformation techniques
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Language skills in English required.

Nice To Have
- Familiarity with data warehouse concepts
- Exposure to ERP systems like SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise systems is preferred.
- Power BI certifications are a plus.
- Hands on experience of creating Power Automate workflows would be a plus.
