Job Description:

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable products or services, negotiating contracts, and closing sales while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Promote and sell company products/services to prospective and existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.

2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections,



and complaints professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.

3. Market Research & Analysis
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management on customer requirements and market conditions.

4. Negotiation & Closing
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines.
- Close sales deals efficiently and ensure smooth handover to delivery or operations teams.
- Follow up on leads and proposals to maximize conversion rates.

5. Sales Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
- Track pipeline progress and update management on sales status.
