Training Manager Beauty (Salon Category)

Role Overview

The Training Manager will be responsible for driving the training and capability-building agenda for salon service professionals across assigned cities/regions. The role focuses on onboarding, grooming, and continuously improving the service quality of beauty professionals on the platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in salon services, hands-on training experience, and the ability to work closely with service partners to improve customer experience and operational performance.

This role requires a highly execution-oriented individual who can manage training batches, coach professionals, collaborate with city teams, and ensure adherence to service and hygiene standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience
- 4+ years of experience in beauty/salon training, grooming, or service operations.




- Prior experience working closely with salon professionals/service partners is preferred.
- Experience in beauty academies, salon chains, training institutes, or service-led businesses will be an advantage.

Technical Expertise

Robust hands-on knowledge of:
- Full body Waxing
- Threading
- Facials
- Manicure & Pedicure
- Basic Hair Services
- Makeup
- Hygiene & Sanitization Protocols

Certifications Preferred

Candidates with professional beauty certifications will be preferred, such as:
- CIDESCO Certification
- CIBTAC Certification
- VTCT / NVQ Certifications
- Beauty & Wellness Sector Skill Council (B&WSSC;) Certifications
- Diploma/Certification in Cosmetology or Beautician Courses
- Certification from reputed beauty academies like Lakm Academy, VLCC Institute, Toni & Guy, LTA, etc.
