*Sales Manager*

Duxbed designs and delivers innovative space-saving furniture solutions for up-to-date homes and compact living. We are expanding our retail and franchise network across India and looking for a Sales Manager to drive B2C/B2B sales and lead franchise rollout.

*Role Overview*

You will own sales targets for space-saving furniture and lead the end-to-end implementation of new franchise partners. You’ll build dealer/franchise networks, convert leads, and ensure smooth onboarding and performance of franchise outlets.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for space-saving furniture (B2C and B2B).
- Identify, appoint, and onboard franchise partners/dealers across assigned territories.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans and channel strategies to expand market presence.
- Conduct product demos, site visits, and client meetings; convert inquiries into closed deals.
- Coordinate with design/production teams for accurate quotations, measurements, and timely delivery.
- Train franchise teams on product knowledge, sales processes,



and brand standards.
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and real-estate partners for project referrals.
- Monitor franchise performance, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with brand SOPs.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales and pipeline reports; track conversions, AOV, and TAT.

*Requirements*
- 3–7 years of sales experience in furniture/home interiors; exposure to space-saving/transformable furniture is a plus.
- Proven track record in channel/franchise sales or dealer network development.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the territory; self-motivated and target-driven.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office; basic understanding of unit economics for franchisees.
